PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Express Shipping
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $19.95
Overnight Shipping
- Delivery: 1 business day
- Cost: $39.95
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select countries worldwide:
Canada
- Delivery: 7-10 business days
- Cost: Starting at $24.95
United Kingdom
- Delivery: 10-14 business days
- Cost: Starting at $34.95
European Union
- Delivery: 10-14 business days
- Cost: Starting at $39.95
Australia
- Delivery: 12-16 business days
- Cost: Starting at $44.95
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Track your package at the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use the following carriers:
- USPS: Standard shipping
- UPS: Express and overnight shipping
- FedEx: Express and international shipping
- DHL: International shipping
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship to:
- PO Boxes (for express or overnight delivery)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
- Countries with trade restrictions
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at menachemberrebi@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery location
3. Contact the carrier
4. Contact us at menachemberrebi@gmail.com after 48 hours
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
If you need to update your address:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- We will do our best to update it before shipping
- After shipment, you may contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change (fees may apply)
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Holidays
- Other events outside our control
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
High-value orders ($500 or more) require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak holiday seasons (November-December):
- Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
- Delivery times may be affected by carrier volume
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our homepage
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the carrier returns the package to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
REFUSED PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery of your package, you are responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return shipping fees. Once the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus these costs.
